EC Manage Alliance and Partnership Program is called EC Manage/ECM-Prom. It is a carefully constructed program that weaves the competencies of EC Manage with those of a partner to create a fabric of great strength and value to clients.

The fundamental value proposition of EC Manage is the expertise to integrate disparate systems into one cogent whole. We are aware that this cannot be done without the help of partners because no company can be everything to everybody.

EC Manage/ECM-Prom’s mandate is to:

Achieve our mission by building strong partnerships with other vendors of merit.

Align with our partners so that we act as one for the benefit of our clients.

Co-opt specialist skills that are not resident in EC Manage in a manner that is consistent with our methodologies for effective delivery.

EC Manage/ECM-Prom involves 5 forms of partnership:

1. Alliance Partners

These are mainly technology firms that want EC Manage to market, resell, implement and support their products. Service firms who have specialist skills that complement EC Manage resident competencies are encouraged to contact us.

2. Business Partners

These are mainly fellow services, technology or solution firms that want EC Manage to market, resell, implement and support their products.

3. Business Development Partners

These are smaller boutiques that wish to leverage the size and reach of EC manage for mutual benefit. These companies are usually a sales/marketing channel for EC Manage.

4. JV Partners

EC Manage is very selective in this area but open to unique propositions to do joint ventures. These matters are handled by ECM’s M & A cell.
