This is largely called the Distributed Framework for Project Delivery. It was dubbed as “distributed” since most parts of the projects can be delivered across national boundaries, but achieving more for less. This framework includes a set of principles and guidelines that shaped our adopted quality-focused processes to plan, monitor, and control project activities effectively. The process describes how to define and organize a project, develop a project plan, control the activities within the plan, identify review points, and end the project after the work has concluded.Even so, it does not diminish the creativity of EC-Manage, Inc. project managers and project teams, but it is geared to strengthen their efforts to deliver high quality results and maintain a solid working relationship with the client.

Depending on the complexity of the project, EC-Manage, Inc. project and program managers are well-versed in using various Rapid Application Development (RAD) techniques in project management. This industry-proven methodology can prove handy where time, cost, and established processes pose a challenge to the team. Our seasoned delivery professionals are savvy with these RAD techniques, which are suitable when:

Project has a focused scope, wherein business objectives are well defined and narrow.
Data for the project already existed completely or in part, and the project largely comprises of analysis or reporting of the data.
Decisions can be made by a small number of people who are currently available and preferably within the same location.
The project team is small, with preferably six people or less.
The technical architecture is clearly defined, and the key technology components are in place and tested.
Technical requirements (i.e., response times, throughput, database sizes, etc.) are reasonable and well within the capabilities of the technology being used.In fact, targeted performance should be less than 70% of the published limits of the technologies.

Where RAD methodology is impeded by its limitations, EC-Manage, Inc. project and program managers are also well-versed in other models such as the Iterative or Incremental Development, and SCRUM methodologies to adapt to the needs of the project. Where clients have already adopted SCRUM methodology in their project management processes, our consultants possess the appropriate qualifications to deliver services compliant to the SCRUM approach and processes. Some companies prefer to have their outsourced project operations closer to their headquarters for reasons of control, security, and operational efficiency. For our US clients, EC-Manage, Inc. maintained presence in Canada which is ideal in terms of physical distance, political climate, communication infrastructure, security, and operating time differences.

Onshore

EC-Manage, Inc. also offers a solution for clients who prefers outsourced IT services within the US mainland for reasons of security, control and visibility, operating time differences, and speed in services delivery. We currently maintain a sizable space at our Fremont, CA headquarters specifically for this purpose. EC-Manage, Inc. understands that clients may prefer to achieve other avenues of operational efficiency other bringing down the cost.
