At EC-Manage, Inc., we have a strong conviction that our contentment lies in the contentment of our clients. This one conviction guided us over the last decade. Quality Initiatives
In delivering our services, adherence to quality methodology is vital. Taking cues from our staffers’ experience and clients’ feedback, EC-Manage, Inc. utilizes appropriate methodology for the execution of our deliverables on projects. We discuss the methodology with our clients and tailor it to provide the best fit for a given set of circumstances. While all projects are different, the EC-Manage, Inc. team has a baseline from which to start.
In the company’s pursuit towards customer satisfaction, EC-Manage, Inc., Inc. is preparing to achieve SEI-CMMI Maturity Level 3 certification towards the end of 2009. Our quality journey is our commitment to excellence in service delivery. We are aware of the challenges that this journey brings, but we are confident knowing that we have our clients as guides in achieving our Quality Objectives.
